Conrads answer sounds like the way to solve the problem. But many of these
systems work on less than battery voltage. The voltage is varied to control
fuel quantity. Back probe the connector at one of the working injectors to
determine the proper voltage. Then test the one that doesn't work. Connector
problems are common with these systems. Good luck.
