How do the tool makers get that shiny polish on tools such as the
Craftsman professional wrench line. They are not chromed like sockets.
I'm assuming that the steel used for tools is very hard and difficult to
polish mechanically.
I had some tools rust after soaking in window cleaner. (Don't ask.) If
I'm going to take the time to clean them up, I'd like to go all the way
to shiny.
