Rather than limiting what motor you can use because of a voltage question you
could just step it up.  McMaster Carr sells a 1KVa 208V-230VAC transformer for
$60 (P/N 70525K72) and a 4.79KVa one for $100 (P/N 70525K75).

Many motors have hookup specific 208-230 windings, even if they don't say so
specifically.  My advice (worth what it costs here) would be to get what you
want, and if you can't make it work per its spec with the voltage you have then
buy the step up transformer.
