A friend of mine, who used to live in Newport Shores, a pretentious
development in Bellevue, WA, reported a similar story. A neighbor of
his, possessing a large car collection, wanted to build a big garage,
and was denied permission. The guy bought the house next door, and
removed all of the interior walls. The garage door gave access to the
entire building. Problem solved.
