Well here in PA, we've just had a number of hardware stores close their
doors as a result of the Home Depot vs. Lowes wars. The local LBC shop
picked up ALL of the lumber / pallet racking from the local Builders Square
when they shut their doors. So you may want to look around for similar
situations...
