First, let me say thanks to everyone who helped me with the shop lights,
I will check the gauge of the wiring this weekend but as least I know that
if the gauge is ok, I am not overpowering the thing will all the lights.....

Good point for the 3/4" wood, I used 1/2" because I had it and I did
split it a few times when screwing it together. It was not a big deal and
the thing is now 4 years old and still working perfectly. The original
poster had mentioned $400 to build the thing, I questioned that cost as I
didn't spend nearly that much. But I had the plywood, the angle iron, the
casters and the grate/shelf thing, I even had a couple of tubes of silicone
sealer left over from a job on my boat. So upon further reflection, he is
probably pretty close to that price if you have to buy everything
first. All I had to buy was the piano hinge and clasps for the door and
hose ferrule for the shop vac.
