the tool you are looking for is called "Old Joint Jigger" and is marketed
under that name.  You can find it in most of the hot rod magazines in the
back in the little block adds, Eastwood sells it and Tool Crib also.  I
think they even have an internet site, or at least I've seen it on the
net...

Speedway also sells them as the "speedy notcher " tubing notcher at 99.95
and 5.95 for extra 1-3/4" hole saw
