Ken,

Try Meridian Machinery (http://www.mermac.com/). They are in NY, but are
use to shipping anywhere. Also check
local auctions and used equipment suppliers. Small lathes are difficlut
to come by so be patient. Also check in rec.crafts.metalworkingand the
ads at http://www.darex.com/classads/.
