Old Navy is owned by "The Gap" and is headquartered in San Fran.

>From their website, the address is:
Old Navy Customer Relations
1 Harrison Street
San Francisco, CA 94105

Good Luck... we're talking mega-corporation. Finding someone able (willing)
to make a decision on this won't be easy. If taken seriously, I have a
feeling committees will be formed to study the request, teams of lawyers and
acctuarials will analyze the potential liability from someone using the
salvaged parts and getting hurt. Finally, (hope I don't step on too many
toes) my personal observation is that their customer base tends toward the
"politically-correct" crowd and the notion of helping keep "polluters" on
the road won't fly. My hunch is they think they are doing the world a favor
by getting the old iron off the road and turning it into "art".

My jaded 2 cents,

I tried last night to find the old navy email addy. No luck. I have no
idea how to contact them. I'm going to check around a little bit more this
weekend and see if I can find the corporate headquarters phone number.
