Ric,
My Eeyore is blue. The old Eeyore, the one us old farts remember, was grey,
but for some odd reason he has turned blue. My kids named my truck when I
first bought it. I was going to get vanity plates that said Oh Pooh,
because my youngest son was the only one that liked the truck and he loves
Pooh Bear. Well my wife said "NO!" because it was showing favoratism. So I
decided to get plates that said "OhBother" because all old trucks
eventually become that. But my kids started to refer to it as Eeyore and
the name stuck. I now own 47 different Eeyore toys and I'm sure it won't
stop there. I load them all up in the back of the truck when I'm at car
shows. I've even gone as far as to make up a licence plate that says "The
Heartbeat of America is Yesterdays Chevy Trucks" It has Eeyore on it too.
I even have Eeyore on my wheels and my back window. Funny how something as
simple as a name can make you become a collector. Have fun with your
Eeyore. I know I do with mine.
