Hi,

I'm new to the oletrucks list....but it sounds like there's a lot of
experience out there that I'd like to take advantage of....

I'm currently building a late '49 Chevy 1/2 ton as a mild street
rod....I'm a long way away from driving it but I'm already enjoying
it.....The chassis is hearing completion....

I have a Mustang II rack and pinion with a 350/TH350...I am planning
to have a tilt/shift column....but what length??...I don't seem to
have much room from the fire wall to the back of the exhaust
manifold....length seems critical...I'm rather tall (6'4") and haven't
any ideas for seats/seat heights either

...too many decisions...ain't it great...;-)

What have others done for a steering column??...

any/all help appreciated....
