Hi all
just an old trick that sometimes helps when all else fails to give the results 
desired when working with straight axles. At the front shackles either make a 
bar with adjustable ends to put outward pressure on the springs, or a chain 
with a turnbuckle in the middle to take up the slack. The object is to remove 
any slop in the front suspension, old fashion but it works
