Just a quick comment on imported auto parts. No matter how much flag waving we
do
imports are here to stay. We can encourage suppliers to manufacture in our
home countries
but that is about it if you want parts available. Many people in our home
countries make their livings selling imports (so when you are feeling
patriotic take that into consideration). You can't stop an increasingly global
economy ( Look at the labels in your shoes. I'll bet they are imported). We
also need to take into account that this list is made up of people from many
countries and what is imported to you may be local to them. What we need to do
is lobby vendors to sell top quality parts whether
imported or manufactured locally.
