Perhaps a solution? If the owners of the endangered vehicles could
perhaps lease
the unused air space beneath the behemoth SUV's - ala NYC's leasing of the
air space above its buildings - thereby giving the lbc's a legal residence
and giving the
SUV's a raison d'etre...
