Hmm, let's see...Foreign parliament passes laws which people are required to 
obey but in which they feel they have no say....Maybe the British could dress 
out and paint up as Celtic aborigines, board a ship at night in Portsmouth 
harbor, tomahawk a bunch of new BMWs, throw them overboard and see how it 
goes from there.  "Don't fire until you see the Greens of their eyes!!"
