[Mgs] Sun Visor end Rubber housing

Hi there,
 
Over time the rubber housing into which the end of the MGB sun visor fits
becomes loose and the visor drops out.
 
Does anyone have a fix? Is there a better way of securing the end of the
visor until movement is needed for top erection..  or whatever?
