BTW, he is right, I wouldn't have bought them if they weren't on sale. Sad
to say VB is notorious for poor quality, but they do make good when they
have to.
I had a defective part that an MG inexperience British Car mechanic
installed. Cost me a fortune in labor since he didn't know how to do it.
When I found a good MG mechanic he spotted the part, and VB not only sent me
a good one, but paid for installing it. They try hard, as does Moss.
