David, I built the rotator described at http://users.cysource.com/ima454/rotator.htm. While it is not hi-volume shop quality nor a piece of Art, it is more than adequate for any home restoration. I'm a Biomed Engineer, Not a welder............. I have several (Hundred) digital pictures taken of my restoration, many of which show the rotator being used.
