starting a dormant engine

A while back somebody posted a checklist for preparing to start
an engine that has not run for a long period, does anyone have a copy?
I am going to look at a much neglected 68 GT on Monday which allegedly
started about a year ago but is now a study in still life
I can think of most of the major ites to check/prep but that list was "a
keeper"!
(naturally i kept it and then lost it in one of my frequent computer head
crashes!)
