Did you paint the Union Jack yourself, or did you have a paint shop do it for
you?  I've masked the area that will be sprayed white, and despite repeated
and careful measurements, the center looks like it's "bulging" out.  Will
this change after it's unmasked and sprayed?  Do I have to change my
measurements to compensate for an optical illusion?  Any help would be
appreciated...
