Stu:
The rally website is www.rallyetoreno.com
The objective is to get a group of varied MGs across the country from Ocean
City, MD to the MG International at Lake Tahoe and then continue on to SF. I
plan to also drive back and be in Michigan for the GOF-Central which my
local club, the Michigan Chapter of the Register, is putting on. I'll be in
touch off-list. Sounds like this is just what you need now that your TD is
broken in. ;-)

P.S. Thanks to everyone so far for your suggestions. I am compiling a list
(actually a file cabinet!) of a preparation "plan of attack." Tires are
relatively new radials (with tubes) but all other rubber dates from my resto
in the '80s. Like my wife (built in the 1940's), she still looks good to me
but has lost a lot of flexibility.
