I'm not technically ept, but I do know (from costly personal experience)
that you should take a really knowledgeable T-series person with you to
inspect this vehicle. The car should go up on a hoist for a proper
inspection. I know enough to suspect you may be buying a peck of trouble.
Tell people where you are - you will probably get suggestions as to specific
people who can inspect the car for you. It's worth paying for this service!
