I can feel and hear a slight knock on the right side of my steering rack if
I move the wheel from side to side. The car runs true with no wheel wobble
on the road that I am aware of. In looking into the manual, there is a ball
seat and housing with shims.
Can shimming this correct this type of problem or do you have to replace the
ball and seat? Is it a bear of a job?
I would appreciate anyone sharing their experience on this.
