Dear listers,
Does anybody have a recipe how to cure the air leaks in the fuel reserve tap?
Is it useful to soak the cork in oil or any other liquid before mounting it?
Is there a possibility to substitute the cork for another material like Nylon
or Teflon?
Anyway on my N type the system works fine once I have fitted a new cork and
keep the system in the main position.
Unfortunately with the rather small tank of the N type you have to switch to
reverse which starts the air leaks again.
So does somebody know how to improve the system?
