Hi Terry,
Perhaps you found the right thing at the jumble !

There is a illustration of the F-type fan in
Blowers book page 68.
Often the gap in front of the crank-pulley is to narrow 
for a modern V-belt, and you have to use a nice
old-fashioned link-belt, which you can open to fit.

To save you time, I send a scan by direct mail.

Gerhard, I just bought an aux fan/pully at a jumble and wonder if it was the 
same as F type.  Do you have a scan of it perhaps?  My N type had a pully at 
the front of the crank which I retained when rebuilding the engine thinking 
that perhaps I'd need a fan eventually.
