Jack Don't fill the race - quite. The rule for balls in bicycle bearings is "always leave room for one more". I'm sure this applies to needle rollers as well. I can't remember how many needles there are in our J2 brake pedal pivot, but it's always looked like there was one missing, and I think this would be right.
