If you look carefully at factory pictures of the PB dashboards, I think
you can see that the dash was NOT bookmatched. In any case, this is an
Airline Coupe, not an open car. The dash was quite different on the
Airline. If you want bookmatched, they have that too.

Are you aware that the P-Type dashboard was constructed of 2 pieces of
veneer? 
Book end matched. Consecutive cuts. This was the case on the PA sequoia
veneer. 
Presumably, this was, also, the case on the PB.
