In case noone has debunked this already...IT IS BUNK. That file is a normal
file for Windows. Here is the quote from Microsoft: "Sulfnbk.exe is a
Windows utility that is used to restore long file names. This utility is not
required to run Windows, but it is necessary if you need to restore long
files names if they become damaged or corrupted." When you look for it, you
will naturally find it. What else would you expect...it is in most Windows
versions right from the factory.
