Not to beat a dead horse, but back in my ol' drag racin' days if someone
violated the return road speed limit, he was immediately disqualified.

I know from my side of the line that driving/riding a race vehicle is a
problem. Seems that some people can't control that right foot/wrist and have
a tendency to run greatly over the allowable speed limit.
