Bill,
I think that should read "street" bikes. Although they may have lights &
plates I doubt they get to see the street for more than once in a while.
Here in Maricopa County (Phoenix area) and Pima County (Tucson) bikes have
to pass emissions tests! As far as I know that is the only place in the
nation requiring that. Never get one of these bombs through.
I've "over modified" more than one street bike to where it was just too much
trouble on the street ...

Joe, what are these two 220+ unblown gas bikes like riding
on the
street? Sky-high compression, race gas, all-out cams,
racing exhaust
system, would usually mean something nobody could bear to
ride on the
