There's a question that's come up on the feet-forward (ff) motorcycle list
about the NSU streamliner motorcycle records. I guess what they (and I?,
we?) are wondering is, did the NSU team run at the 1956 SCTA event? I read
through Land Speed Louise's book and it says they ran on the Salt Flats the
week before, but stayed on and were still there during the 1956 Speed Week.
So, did they run at the SCTA's event in 1956? If not, how did they get into
the SCTA record book?
