Kinda an interesting choice in Welders... Brad has one and I have the Sp100
both are great little welders... and I did a test Aluminum welding session
with Lincoln with a .045 liner and a .032 aluminum wire set up for the
Sp125 .... it uses Argon as it's primary shielding gas.... instead of the
Argon Co2 mix.
it was actually pretty easy to do.... but ...you really neat a spool gun to
do this correctly... but the wire feed like they were showing me worked
without one..
I am with George on this one... I would tig the Aluminum rather then use
the Mig.... For Steel the 125 will do about everything you would ever need
to do on a race car... I really like mine...
