    Hi Jack, we have encountered this problem and solved it by removing the 
block on the bulkhead and attaching the bracket directly to the wall.  Some 
bending is required.  The other block on the inner wing can either be 
deleted or raised.  A 175 tire will only just allow the boot lid to close.
