Time Management - Don't do this!!!!

With the time restraints of the new baby, decided that I need to take
a more formal approach to finishing the car.

To help me do this I decided to write down each step (that I could
think of) between now and the car is reasonably done.  BIG MISTAKE!!!!
 I thought that I was close.  If I have my times right, what I
dissembled in about 20 hours is going to take me 60 to put back
together (and that is after a significant amount of work already in
the bank).
