BJ8 Rocker Ratio

Guys
What is the ratio of the rockers operating the valves
I think I am talking BJ8 but as the engine has been modified by the
original owner who knows?  Can I request the alternatives please?
To complete the circle of infomation do we know the CAM LIFT [not valve
lift]
What aftermarket springs have been used?
I think I remember being told back in the dark ages when not too many
businesses supported Healeys that competition MGB items could be
substituted !!!!
