This past weekend I tried a different approach to my AutoStop settings,
and the results were pretty neat.

I used to run a Stop Threshhold of 0.05 for 3 seconds. But I want to be
able to idle back to grid, rather than having to actually stop in the
stop box, and at 0.05 even idling back to grid won't shut it off. You
have to be completely stopped. So I raised the Stop Threshhold to 0.10,
for 3 seconds. And it worked really well! Yvonne never stops in the
stop box, but idles slowly back to grid, and her runs clipped off just
great.

I guess when you think about it, the risk is that you don't want to use
settings that might occur in the course of an actual run, but which will
stop your recording quickly when you finish the course. Let's face it,
if ever I'm not either accelerating or braking at over 0.10 during some
3 second stretch of a run, that run is not going to be so good anyway!

My full settings are:
  AutoStart G's 0.40
  AutoStop G's 0.10
  AutoStop Duration 3
Minimum Run 45 ( I change this to be the length of the
current course...remember, the 5 seconds in the autostart loop, and the
3 seconds in the Stop loop.)

I know a lot of new users have difficulty with capturing their runs
correctly, so I thought I'd share my current thinking on this.
