Excuse me for not commenting specifically about the rear shoes. I a=
lso use standard street shoes from Moss on the back of my TR3 with Datsun al=
uminum drums. No problems at all. Little wear as well. I=E2=
=80=99ve changed the front pads a number of times in comparison during my re=
latively short racing years.

<br clear=3D"none">I loved the Carbotech pads when I was using them on=
my GT6 for track days. I never had the odd wear problems that have be=
en described. I always used the Hawk Blues on my Spitfire racer and li=
ked those as well, though they didn't have to deal with the same heat as was=
generated by my GT6 brakes at Blackhawk. The Hawk Blues I use on my S=
pec Racer Ford also work really well and stand up to enough heat to turn the=
rotors blue. If you're unhappy with the Carbotech pads, the Hawk Blue=
s are a good option, in my opinion.

tops as well or better, and last longer than any other pads I=EF=BF=BDve tri=
