I do not recommend a steel line anywhere on a race car except between carb=
s - a steel line anywhere in the system could get kinked and split open in =
a wreck of any kind (things bend and sometimes pop back some)=C2=A0 - I alw=
ays run a -6 braided line front to back down the tunnel, be sure to leave s=
ome extra along the way and mount in a few places, as mentioned elsewhere d=
o not route it between bits that can trap it / never had any failures, no h=
eat issues and never any comments from tech

had already had my fuel tank completely cleaned and sealed.=C2=A0 One year=
later, the Facet pump failed.=C2=A0 I couldn't find any dirt or gunk in th=
e fuel lines or filter.=C2=A0 Perhaps this was a random failure, but this t=
ime I used a different fuel pump.
