had, the radiator wouldn=E2=80=99t have fit. Some people said that their ca=

m sourcing front end parts. I did, however, replace the original worm & p=

t. The only front end part that I can think of that was NLA was the steering=

e car was stolen. It WAS recovered, but the thief stole the engine and trans=
mission and the seats out of it. Chris didn't have the heart to sell it and s=
wore he would get it back on the road. Fast forward 30+ years later Chris ha=
s to have reconstructive ankle surgery that he has to pay much out of pocket=
so he sold all his toys the house etc and is moving back to Northern, CA wi=
th his folks for surgery and recuperation. He didn't want to let the Roadste=
r go to just anyone, when we showed him the album and that we wanted to make=
one driver out of the two cars, he sold it to us.</div><div><br></div><div>=
So the plan is to "Don't get it right, just get it running" and then go from=
there. I need to decide what parts we want to keep and sell or part out the=
other car. We have a number of early Roadster parts. A friend of mine, Ron H=
amilton used to buy, repair/restore these cars and sell them. When we bought=
his house, his "inventory" of used parts stayed with us. SO after we figure=
out what we need, we're going to sell the parts. I don't have the room to s=
tore them.<br>Hopefully the weather will finally cool off so we can get crac=
king and get a roller together.</div><div><br></div><div>Let me ask this of t=
he group. It seems there were some front suspension/steering components no l=
onger available. Is this still the case? I'd rather rebuild the steering/sus=
pension with new parts rather than trying to piecemeal with used parts.</div=

Fairlady Roadster Group. Lots of good people on it, great activity with que=
stions and answers, pictures, events, cars and parts for sale. I'm currently=
