Nah, it likely won't.  There are hundreds of cars used where nothing 
happens after the films release with regards to that cars value. 

You didn't see an increase in people wanting an AMC Pacer after Wayne's 
World came out.

No one wanted a "Coyote" from Hardcastle & McCormick.  (Which was a 
Laser 917 kit car, and a really, really crappy one at that.)

I could cite hundreds of examples of cars that were used that didn't 
become "hit cars" after the show.

It's a long shot, at best, that having a Datsun Roadster in a film would 
spike and increase in value.

Possible?  yes.  Likley?  a HUGE no.
