Rich,

I bought one of the CDs.  It's better than nothing if you don't have a paper 
manual, but the image quality is mediocre.  I don't use the CD much because 
I have a Clymer manual and a photocopy of a dealer's parts manual, and there 
isn't much on the CD that is not in those two documents.
