Thanks to all who offered advice. I am just about %100 certain that I need to 
deal with the radiator. The thermostat is new and I did use a laser thermometer 
and the guage is close enough to know she is hot blooded and will get to hot if 
I don't shut her down.

OH YEA....I can put my hand on well over half of the radiator so I kinda have 
to figure it is time to get it cleaned out!
