Camron,

I had a similar problem that I traced to a leaking heater valve. The
problem really showed up at high engine revs with the heater turned off.
Eventually the valve would shoot a stream of water right onto the passengers
feet if the heater was turned off. For some reason passengers will comment
about that.....

The valve is not hard to disassemble, but I have to find the time in a very
high hour work schedule (300 hours/month or so) to locate a source of metric
O-Rings to rebuild the valve. When I could not find the correct O-Ring I
tried making a gasket for the end cap, but it did not hold water, so for now
I have bypassed the heater until I can find the proper size O-Ring.

With a little care, a lot of penetrating oil to release tight threads, and
the right O-Rings, you should be able to rebuild the valve without too much
problem.

Seems like the coolant hose in the passenger footwell has a leak...the valve
is closed from what I can tell, and I have a new hose on there, but after a
while of driving it leaks a small but steady stream. I luckily had a rag to
catch the leak...
  Any ideas?
