If your head has been cut I'd stick with the H20 pistons as the U20 pistons 
may raise the CR too high.

H20 rods are fine IMHO and the machinest I showed them too said they are 
plenty beefy for the engine.

Don't get a big cam as the lower CR won't work with it. 2L carbs help the 
engine to breath at higher RPMs and don't forget about balancing everything.
