Rich, Not sure if it makes a difference if early or late year car, but try and add the year to your signature when you post. The brake switch plunger pushes against a piece of rubber attached to an L-bracket, which when it gives out makes the lights non-functional. Most folks just twist the switch so that the plunger hits the bracket, and it works fine. Good luck, Fergus O, 69 2L, HB, CA |
