FYI, I've reached Tennessee! I'm here for good now. Car is still in transit,
but I'm mapping out my first run!
Back to the point, I noticed that it's kinda hard to find third gear. Always
slipping it into 5th, (dang), or 1st (ouch). Double clutching helps, but..
Any ideas? Old Fords had a plate that kept ya from hitting the wrong gear.
Might this type of part be rounded/ground down and need to be replaced? I
would probably be able to figure this out, but the box with my manual hasn't
arrived yet either.
Any info would be appreciated.
