Thanks a ton Brad. I really wish I could have been there, but when I started
pressing the wife I got the TRUTH - which was that, no matter how many times
she had said she didn't mind if I was gone for three days in Atlanta talking
cars and eating barbecue and generally having a blast while she stayed home
with the kids and cats and Great Big Dog - she really did mind. She also
really didn't like my compromise - that we both spend 6 hours each way in a
36 year old car with no roof and sleep in a tent and maybe get rained on all
the way there, the whole time while we were there and on the way home, and
that it would in fact be Romantic...
SO I stayed home. Maybe next year.
