Bill,
I use Sabelt 3-point harnesses. The lap belts are a good length and I can 
adjust the shoulder straps to a suitable point but the strap behind the 
shoulders is longer than I would like. If I find someone who can legally 
restitch them I will get at least 18 inches taken out of them.
