I usually secure the master in a vise and attach some short lengths of
brake line to the outlets. The brake lines are bent to end up over the
open tops of the reservoir and down into the fluid so the fluid will
refill the master. Slowly push the piston in and release it until the
fluid doesn't have bubbles in it. Make sure that you keep enough fluid in
it to not suck more air into the system.
