Ken,
Simple green works pretty good. Over the past 5 years I've gathered a fair
collection of bottle brushes and parts brushes that I use for tight corners
and to get behind brake lines and wire harnesses and such.
Taking your time and hitting spots over and over again seems to be the only
method the works.
